NOW HIRING: Housekeeper/Waiter Reporting to: Service Supervisor Location: Family Villas Salary: AED2,000/month Health & Life Insurance: For Self Ticket Allowance: For Self Accommodation & Food: Provided We are seeking an exceptional Housekeeper/Waiter to provide professional service and housekeeping to a VIP family and their guests, to maintain the daily operations and pristine cleanliness of the family premises while ensuring that all events and private ceremonies run flawlessly. Duties & Responsibilities: Service Responsibility • Collaborate with chefs and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations. • Deliver direct Food & Beverage service to the family and their guests, creating an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. • Serve as the primary point of contact for family and their guests, offering courteous and professional assistance. • Set up and maintain dining areas and banquet settings. • Handle laundry services by coordinating with the laundry team. Housekeeping Responsibilities • Maintain a spotless and hygienic environment in all premises. • Clean and organize the family villas and majlis including dusting, polishing, carpets & windows cleaning, ensuring upholsteries are cleaned and well-maintained, using appropriate methods and products. • Maintain fine furnishings, antiques, and artwork to the highest standards. • Clean and maintain silverware, fine china, glassware, and other precious items. • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary items. • Ensure that rooms are prepared in advance for the family, visitors, and guests, with attention to detail. • Set up rooms for special occasions, such as arranging flowers, making beds, placing amenities and ensuring that all items are in place for events or visitors. Skills & Competencies: • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing good service. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions. • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team. • Ability to work independently and effectively to meet service deadlines. Qualifications & Experience: • 3 - 5 Years relevant experience • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or culinary training is a plus. • Experience working in a household or with VIPs can be advantageous. • Prior experience in hospitality, service, or luxury environments, prestigious venues or similar high-profile roles.
