Accommodation Supervisor (Ladies only Apply)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and responsible Full time Female Camp Boss to oversee the management and daily operations of our ladies' accommodation. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, comfortable, and harmonious living environment for our employees, provide support for accommodation needs, and maintain proper order and discipline in line with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the ladies' accommodation. Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well-being of all residents. Handle the accommodation-related queries and requests from employees. Coordinate with management to address any maintenance or operational issues. Enforce house rules and ensure compliance with company policies. Organize and supervise weekly cleaning and maintenance of accommodation areas. Report any security or health concerns to the HR department. Manage and maintain accommodation records. Assist in resolving any conflicts or issues between residents. Requirements: Proven experience in camp management or a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A caring and approachable demeanor. Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Job Type: Full-time
