Apartment Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our apartment units and common areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that residents and guests enjoy a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Perform daily cleaning tasks in apartments and common • Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. • Sanitize and clean surfaces, windows, doors, and mirrors. • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers. • Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste. • Replace linens, towels, and restock toiletries (if required). • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management. • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition. • Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Skills • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred. • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties (bending, lifting, standing for long periods). • Trustworthy and respectful of residents’ privacy and belongings. ________________________________________ Working Conditions • Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on schedule. • Work involves physical activity and the use of cleaning chemicals. • Uniform will be provided.
