Senior Baker / Bakery Supervisor

Job Title: Senior Baker / Bakery Supervisor – Industrial Bakery (Ajman) Location: Ajman, UAE (Only UAE residents) --- Job Description: A newly established industrial bakery in Ajman is hiring a Senior Baker or Bakery Supervisor to assist in launching production operations. The selected candidate will help manage bakery workflow, oversee hygiene practices, and support the implementation of HACCP and SOP protocols. This is a key supporting role under the Head Baker, offering growth potential. Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily baking and production processes. Ensure hygiene protocols (HACCP, GHP) are followed consistently. Supervise junior baking staff and guide them during production. Collaborate with the Head Baker on testing and standardizing products. Monitor cleaning procedures and food safety documentation. Adapt to day or night shifts as per production requirements. Requirements: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial bakeries (preferably in UAE). Strong knowledge of baking processes and production management. Familiarity with HACCP, food safety standards, and basic documentation. Strong leadership and communication skills. Must be currently residing in the UAE.
