Bakery Assistant Experienced /ajman

Job Title: Experienced Bakery Assistant – Industrial Bakery (Ajman) Location: Ajman, UAE Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered. --- Job Description: A newly established industrial bakery in Ajman is hiring a Bakery Assistant with hands-on experience in BREAD production and bakery operations. The candidate will support the senior baking team in daily production tasks and maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to UAE food safety regulations. --- Responsibilities: Assist bakers in preparation and baking processes (mixing, shaping, oven operation). Measure and prepare ingredients under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and bakery equipment. Follow hygiene standards, SOPs, and safety protocols (HACCP/GHP). Work as part of a team during production shifts (day or night). Support with packing and labeling as required. --- Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an industrial or commercial bakery (UAE experience preferred). Basic knowledge of baking operations (bread, dough, oven setup). Familiarity with food safety standards (training certificate is a plus). Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
