Team Leadership & Management • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance. • Assign individual sales targets and review team performance regularly. • Conduct coaching sessions to improve negotiation and closing skills. Customer Relationship Management • Ensure superior customer experience in all showroom dealings. • Build long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients. • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Showroom Operations & Administration • Oversee daily showroom operations, including display, inventory, and test drives. • Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance teams for a seamless customer experience. • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices.
