Roles & Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately fabricate joinery components, ensuring precise dimensions and specifications are met. Select and prepare timber and other materials, optimizing for quality, grain direction, and minimizing waste, to create visually appealing and structurally sound pieces. Operate woodworking machinery, including saws, planers, and routers, safely and skillfully to shape and form wood, maintaining equipment and adhering to safety protocols. Assemble joinery components using various joining techniques like mortise and tenon, dovetails, and dowels, ensuring strong and durable connections. Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a relevant vocational qualification or apprenticeship in joinery or carpentry. Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Exhibits extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in joinery, showcasing a diverse portfolio of completed projects. Holds certifications in relevant areas, such as safe machinery operation and first aid.

Auto Mechanic should have knowledge of Repair and maintenance of multi Brand Cars, Gulf Experience required minimum 5 years. Key responsibilities like Engine overhaul, Electrical diagnose and repair along with operating diagnostic tools.

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, ensuring a hygienic environment for all occupants. Keep detailed records of cleaning activities, including areas cleaned, supplies used, and any incidents, to maintain transparency and accountability. Respond swiftly to cleaning emergencies such as spills or accidents, ensuring minimal disruption to the facility’s operations. Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in using cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, steam cleaners, and vacuum cleaners. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that no area is overlooked during the cleaning process. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in task assignments. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet cleaning deadlines.
