As a Junior Accountant, you will support the finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across various regions. Responsibilities Assist with general ledger entries and maintain financial records Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with cash management Support the budgeting process by providing relevant financial data Assist with tax compliance and reporting Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all financial processes are followed Participate in audits and prepare documentation as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred Familiarity with Tally accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to communicate effectively with team members Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of international accounting standards is a plus Must be locally available in the UAE Benefits Salary will be discussed based on experience
