The ideal candidate will assist with concept design, drafting, coordination, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design & Drafting Assist in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs. Prepare presentation drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models. Produce high-quality rendered apartment and retail layouts tailored for marketing and sales purposes. Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation as per project requirements. Support in creating mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations. Coordination & Documentation Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and all relevant teams to ensure overall project alignment. Revise drawings based on feedback from senior architects, consultants, or clients. Assist in preparing authority submission packages and ensure local compliance. Maintain organized design files, CAD standards, and documentation. Site & Client Support Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is met. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. 0–2 years of experience in architectural design (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
