This group combines trauma-informed care with self-compassion, practical skills, and shared connection to help participants understand and regulate their experiences.** *** ### Goals of the Group 1. **Understand RSD Patterns** Explore how rejection sensitivity shows up in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how it connects to ADHD or past trauma. 2. **Quiet the Inner Critic** Learn to recognize the shame spiral and build self-compassion tools that reduce emotional self-blame and judgment. 3. **Regulate Emotional Responses** Practice grounding, distress tolerance, and mindfulness tools to navigate overwhelming feelings in the moment. 4. **Set Healthy Boundaries** Learn to differentiate between real and perceived rejection and use scripts to build assertiveness and safety in relationships. 5. **Build Emotional Resilience** Leave with practical takeaways and a sense of agency in how you respond to challenges moving forward. ### Who is the Group For? This group is for individuals who experience emotional overwhelm or distress when facing criticism, rejection, or perceived failure. You may relate to the experience of over-apologizing, people-pleasing, withdrawing, or ruminating after feedback.
