Description Blackline Safety is hiring a Client Success Manager, to join our growing team based out of UAE. This role will be directly responsible for the retention of the customer base in the region, within an assigned book of business, and will work directly with customers, distribution partners and other stakeholders, communicate with them proactively and resolve issues to ensure they are getting the most out of their investment in Blackline Safety products and services. Responsibilities: Renew customers service contracts through our distribution networks, preparing renewal quotes and following through to completion Effectively manage account renewal negotiations including creating appropriate quotations, resulting in the completion of greater than 90% of renewals within the designated quarter Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, ensuring long term client retention and growth Identify and drive growth opportunities inside accounts, working with sales management to work as a team and help drive results Plan and execute annual, quarterly and other types of business reviews to ensure customers are deriving optimum value from their Blackline solution. Interpret customer concerns and mobilize the necessary internal resources in such a way that not only customer satisfaction is assured but our product offering is continuously improving Develop customer account plans in partnership with other Blackline teams and distribution partners Work as an ambassador to help clients realize the full benefit of available Blackline products and services Provide feedback to product management team on long term trends that may affect customer satisfaction or retention. Actively look for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Post-secondary degree in business, marketing and/or technical field is an asset Knowledge of Middle East cultures, proficient in Arabic language, and with a track record of achievement in the region Minimum 3 years in Enterprise B2B sales, account management or related role with a SAAS or subscription renewal element Background in gas detection or comparable industry experience desirable, with oil and gas vertical experience an asset Fluent in English, and experience working in an international business environment Proficient with MS Excel and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application Functional in using MS Office and other corporate administration tools Excellent customer service skills, a desire to understand each customer’s needs, and help find the right solution for them. The Partnership Officer will play a key role in expanding our business by cultivating and managing relationships with a diverse range of partners. Senior Relationship Manager, Real Estate Unit (VP)

Our client is one of the UAE's leading financial institutions providing banking and financial services, is seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager to join its esteemed Real Estate Unit Team. Job Purpose: Maintain complex multi-product Group relationships and solicit acceptable new relationships by originating transactions across Bank’s product suite, to achieve pre-set financial & non-financial objectives. Play an active & integral role in deal origination efforts and coordinating between clients and product team(s) in the mandate execution. Optimize utilization of approved Credit limits, by facilitating transactions & addressing Operations &/or Documentation requirements. Responsible for credit risk assessment, risk rating and structuring of facilities for assigned corporate relationships working with Credit Relationship Managers (CRMs), meeting the customers, preparing Credit Proposals (CPs) and liaising with Wholesale Risk Management (WRM) and the Compliance Unit to resolve all queries related to risk and compliance issues, respectively. In-depth knowledge of the Bank’s policies and operating systems. Understanding of economic trends vis-à-vis understanding of regional / global financial markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing and scheduling qualified meetings for the Managing Director by leveraging their existing network and company database and demonstrating a strong understanding of wealth management solutions.   This role is ideal for someone with minimum 3 years’ experience in bancassurance and wealth management. Requirements Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and reach out to UHNW individuals through leads, referrals, and personal networks. Secure meetings for the Managing Director with qualified prospects by articulating the firm’s value proposition. Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads and regularly update internal reporting systems. Build credibility and rapport with potential clients through professional and insightful conversations. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging and outreach efforts with business goals. Support follow-ups post-meetings to ensure prospects are moved along the client conversion process.   Key Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within bancassurance and wealth management is mandatory. Proven ability to initiate contact and build relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals. Demonstrated success in setting up qualified appointments and/or closing leads for senior management. Personal database or network of contacts within the UHNW segment is essential. Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic is mandatory. Excellent Interpersonal skills with a polished, professional approach are mandatory.
