Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. • Implement, configure, and optimize Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory to fit business needs. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Oversee VAT filings, tax compliance, and adherence to UAE financial regulations. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to guide management decisions. • Monitor inventory valuation, product costing, and COGS using Zoho Inventory. • Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial integration within Zoho. • Develop and generate customized Zoho Books financial reports for management. • Provide training and support to staff on Zoho accounting and inventory features. • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus). • Proven experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory (minimum 3 years, especially in Accounting/Finance modules). • Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage. • Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT compliance. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
