You will be responsible for managing and monitoring stock across warehouses and retail outlets, ensuring accurate transactions in the EDP system, and providing insightful inventory reports to support purchasing, sales, and finance operations. Key Responsibilities ✔ Manage and update item master data (codes, barcodes, pricing, promotions). ✔ Monitor daily inventory transactions – GRN, sales, returns, transfers, adjustments. ✔ Reconcile system stock with physical counts and resolve discrepancies. ✔ Generate inventory reports (stock aging, fast/slow movers, shrinkage, wastage). ✔ Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and store teams for smooth stock flow. ✔ Support month-end and year-end stock reconciliations with finance. ✔ Train and guide EDP/inventory staff at store level. We are looking for an Accountant to join our growing team and take charge of the full spectrum of finance & accounting activities. Job Description: Manage end-to-end accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, Bank, Payroll, VAT, Month End Closing). Record and reconcile inventory transactions (Raw Material, WIP etc). Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, including vendor/supplier reconciliations. Oversee fixed assets accounting Ensure proper recording of Cost of Sales Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow). Handle UAE VAT compliance – filings, reconciliations, and FTA compliance. Support management reporting and liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (required). 3 – 5 years of accounting experience (industrial experience preferred). Good knowledge of IFRS is required Familiarity with ERP/accounting software Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently in a standalone role.
