Description

1. Ensuring work is completed to company standards and taking responsibility for the maintaining of those standards. 2. Engaging with the customers to ensure seamless co-ordination of fulfillment of requests and expectations within company capability and capacity. 3. Planning operational strategies on a daily basis and Staff allocation to task(s). 4. Oversight of all aircraft servicing activities utilizing Organization’s SOP's 5. Following procedures in accordance with Safety & Quality guidelines. 6. Liaise with the Operations Manager on a regular basis discussing strategies, Client feedback and opportunities. 7. Reporting of hazards & occurrences. 8. Ensure completion of all relevant task cards. 9. Communicate all necessary updates when change of shifts are handed over to next shift controllers. 10. Responding to customers by email or telephone responses & coordination as per company expectations while on duty. 11. Co-ordinating with relevant authorities for approvals, movements & operations. 12. Ensuring all washing equipment in a serviceable state. Unserviceable equipment must be reported to the Operations Manager. 13. Ensure the quality of jobs performed is up to Liberty Aviation Standards. 14. If required, the Shift Supervisor must participate in appearance activities. 15. Be well educated on applicable Airports Advisory notices, safety alerts, directives, etc. 16. Overseeing staff accommodation responsibilities. 17. Work with the Storekeeper to ensure Warehouse facilities are clean and organized. 18. Support the Storekeeper to track and maintain a healthy inventory of all products and supplies by ensuring team members adhere to protocols of use. 19. Assist the Director Operations and Operations Manager in any requests related to company operations.
