Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled Sublimation Machine Operator cum Designer to handle both graphic file preparation and printing operations using sublimation technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating sublimation machines, managing heat transfer processes, and designing print-ready artwork for garments like t-shirts, jerseys, and custom apparel. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments accurately Pick and pack orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Load and unload goods safely using appropriate equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones (5S compliance) Operate handheld scanners and update inventory systems Report defects, damages, or discrepancies promptly using ANDON protocols Support cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy Follow safety guidelines and participate in toolbox talks and training Collaborate with team members to meet daily KPIs and targets Suggest improvements and participate in Kaizen initiatives 3-Month Goals: Foundation & Familiarization Learn and consistently follow SOPs, including 5S and ANDON protocols Achieve ≥ 98% accuracy in picking and packing tasks Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, and proactive communication Requirements Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) Ability to lift and move heavy items safely Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of joinery experience in Dubai and a strong background in producing kitchens, wardrobes, and other custom joinery items. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the complete production process for kitchens, wardrobes, and bespoke joinery works. This includes installation of items on site. Monitor daily workflow, ensure quality standards, and meet delivery deadlines. Operate and oversee the use of key joinery machinery including cutting machines, edge banding (lipping) machines, paint booth, and hinge boring machines. Ensure machinery is well-maintained, safe, and functioning efficiently. Lead and guide a team of joiners to deliver high-quality workmanship. Work closely with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of joinery production experience in Dubai. In-depth knowledge of kitchen, wardrobe, and custom joinery manufacturing. Hands-on experience with joinery machinery (cutting, edge banding/lipping, paint booth, hinge boring, etc.).
