We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Guest Manager to join our growing short-term rental business. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests from the moment they inquire about a property to the time they check out. The Guest Manager will be responsible for managing guest communications, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring high service standards across all our rental properties. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Guest Management & Communication • Handle all guest enquiries promptly via phone, email, or messaging platforms. • Provide clear check-in and check-out instructions and ensure guests feel welcomed. • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns in a professional and timely manner. • Check-in / Check-out Coordination • Personally oversee guest arrivals and departures at multiple properties. • Conduct property inspections before check-ins and after check-outs to ensure cleanliness and readiness. • Manage key handovers and ensure all properties meet company standards prior to guest arrival. • Maintenance & Issue Resolution • Respond to any maintenance issues reported by guests during their stay. • Coordinate with maintenance teams and suppliers to ensure timely repairs. • Keep accurate records of property conditions, repairs, and maintenance work. • Operations & Logistics • Travel between properties to manage daily operations and inspections. • Ensure all properties are fully stocked with required amenities and supplies. • Maintain accurate logs of guest feedback, property status, and operational needs. ⸻ Requirements • Valid Driver’s License – Ability to travel to various property locations as required. • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. • Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service preferred but not mandatory. ⸻ What We Offer • Company car and mobile phone for work-related use. • Competitive salary with potential performance-based bonuses. • Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding company in the short-term rental market. • Supportive, dynamic work environment with a focus on service excellence.

Ensure that the cafe operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station. Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers. Desired Candidate Profile Must have had a minimum of 2 year of previous experience in cafes as a Barista Must have a certified Barista certificate Must be currently present in UAE Must be a proficient communicator in English Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons. Knowledge and competency Adequate coffee knowledge and different coffee mixtures Ability to differentiate coffee aromas, and their taste Extensive hands-on experience with professional coffee machines Outstanding communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
