Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated Hostess to join their client's team, a prestigious Luxurious 4-star hotel in Dubai. As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with the wait staff to ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan Escort guests to their assigned tables Provide menus and explain daily specials Coordinate with wait staff to ensure timely service Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area Assist with general cleaning and setup of the dining area Ensure the overall satisfaction of guests Requirements Previous experience as a Hostess in a hotel or restaurant setting Knowledge of restaurant etiquette and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Good physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus Benefits Basic salary of AED 2,000 Fixed service charge of AED 500 Additional allowance of AED 500 Staff accommodation Duty meals All other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
