They are currently seeking a vibrant and passionate Waitress to join their team at a Western concept lifestyle restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their guests and ensuring their overall dining experience is memorable. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and inform them of specials and menu offerings Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff Serve food and drinks to guests and ensure they are satisfied with their orders Clear tables and reset them for upcoming customers Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints with grace and professionalism Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all tables are presentable Upsell menu items to guests to increase revenue for the restaurant Requirements High school diploma or graduation or equivalent in Hotel or Culinary school is essential College Freshers from Culinary or Hotel school are welcome Must be friendly, outgoing, and have excellent communication skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time Must be able to work well in a team environment and have a positive attitude Benefits The salary is AED 1700 - 2400 + AED 400 Food allowance + AED 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) +AED 1200 Credit card tips + Cash tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
