Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Creativity with an eye for design, colors, and layouts. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic technical skills to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. Desired Candidate Profile Operate personalization machines (embroidery, sublimation, heat press, vinyl cutting). Handle personalization software (digitizing embroidery, preparing print/vinyl files). Assist customers in selecting personalization options (designs, fonts, colors, placements). Ensure accuracy of personalized items (spelling, alignment, and finishing). Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain and troubleshoot basic machine operations (threading, blade changes, cleaning). Keep the workstation organized and monitor inventory of materials (threads, blanks, vinyl, sublimation sheets). Provide excellent customer service and upsell additional personalization options.
