General Maintenance Worker Location: Dubai Salary：3000AED per month We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our property maintenance team. The ideal candidate must be able to handle a wide variety of maintenance tasks in residential villas and apartments, with strong hands-on repair experience. Job Responsibilities: Install and repair plumbing systems (showers, water heaters, taps, filters, drainage) Install lighting, ceiling fixtures, and wall-mounted items (TVs, flynets, ladders) Perform civil maintenance: painting, waterproofing, ceiling repair, tile and marble replacement Fix electrical issues, including AC components and short circuits Conduct pest control and general property upkeep Work across various types of units including villas and high-rise apartments Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance or facility management Skilled in plumbing, electrical repair, and basic carpentry Capable of handling tasks such as: Installing water filters and flynets Fixing AC motors and drainage issues Replacing swimming pool tiles and marble polishing Full apartment or villa paint jobs Waterproofing and drainage construction on roofs Other Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Basic English communication for following instructions Strong responsibility and ability to work independently We Offer: Competitive salary Company-provided accommodation Legal employment visa Stable work environment with long-term opportunities Interested candidates, please send your CV to: Contact: +971 55 479 1774
