Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: Service and repair of HVAC systems (Residential & Commercial) Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults Installation, dismantling, and balancing of air ducts and refrigerant piping Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Replacement and repair of HVAC components: motors, compressors, condensers, thermostats, etc. Operation and maintenance of systems: Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF/VRV, Chilled Water, A/C Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ecology Units Refrigerant charging, vacuuming, and pressure testing Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams Plumbing maintenance (leak repairs, blockages, pipe replacement) Electrical repair, wiring installation and maintenance Troubleshooting electrical faults in circuits and repairing them Maintain accurate records of work performed Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Handle emergency and urgent service calls, work flexible shifts (including weekends and nights) Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC / MEP in UAE / GCC Candidate must be currently based in UAE (applications from abroad will not be considered) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing works Experience in electrical repair, wiring installation, troubleshooting electrical faults, and reading electrical diagrams Ability to read and understand technical drawings Strong skills in diagnosing and fixing HVAC & MEP equipment faults Ability to work independently and as part of a team Intermediate level of English (Arabic / Hindi is an advantage) Age: 25–44 years UAE/GCC Driving License (preferred) We Offer: Competitive salary (based on interview and experience) Company-provided accommodation Medical insurance Employment visa provided by the company All benefits as per UAE labor law
