Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Multi Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems as well as handling additional technical tasks such as electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance. This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair AC and HVAC systems (split units, package units, VRV/VRF systems, etc.). Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance to improve system efficiency and longevity. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and repair requests. Assist with general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry as required. Maintain accurate service records and reports. Ensure compliance with company and safety standards.
