About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with strong communication skills in Arabic and English to join our dynamic brokerage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth within the financial markets sector. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and convert them into active trading clients. Maintain and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Promote the company’s trading platforms, products, and services. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on global financial markets and industry trends. Conduct sales calls, online presentations, and meetings with potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to maximize client engagement. Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Previous sales experience in financial markets / brokerage is preferred. Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, indices, commodities, shares, and cryptocurrencies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment. Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to grow within the company.
