As a Light Vehicle Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely transport of company personnel and goods to various destinations. Responsibilities Safely transport company personnel and goods to their desired destinations. Maintain knowledge of best routes and road networks to ensure on-time delivery. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards at all times. Conduct daily inspection of vehicles to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles both inside and outside on a regular basis. Coordinate with office staff to receive schedules and delivery instructions. Fulfill administrative duties such as recording mileage and fuel purchases. Provide excellent customer service and address any passenger requirements promptly. Assist passengers courteously, ensuring comfort and addressing inquiries or concerns. Report maintenance issues, accidents, or traffic violations promptly to management. Ensure secure loading and unloading of goods, avoiding damage during transit. Complete all transportation documentation and logs accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements Possess a valid driver s license appropriate for light vehicles. Proven experience in driving light vehicles professionally for two years. Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, road safety protocols, and regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Time management skills with a proven capability to meet timely deliveries. Be physically fit and able to lift goods or materials as necessary. Demonstrated ability to complete basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot issues. Clean driving record with no history of severe violations or offenses. Flexibility and initiative to handle unforeseen challenges and dynamic environments.
