The ideal candidate is a sales enthusiast with proven experience in the UAE market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive both B2B and retail sales. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a proactive mindset to achieve ambitious targets and grow brand presence in the UAE. The candidate must be experienced in any related field in the UAE, have strong client connections, and be driven to achieve high sales targets. This role demands leadership, creativity, and a positive attitude to grow the brand and lead a sales team to success. Key Responsibilities - Handle walk-in customers and close sales in the showroom. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly. - Handle the full sales process from inquiry to closing, including billing/documentation. - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends. - Ensure the showroom is tidy, welcoming, and reflective of the brand's standards. - Drive outdoor sales, wholesale orders, and bulk purchase deals. - Develop and maintain client relationships via WhatsApp Business, CRM, and digital tools. - Acquire new clients while nurturing long-term partnerships with existing ones. - Build strong B2B networks and expand bulk sales channels. - Manage inventory and stock coordination for seamless operations. - Lead, train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. - Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet company objectives. - Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales across the UAE local markets. - Represent the company professionally in both showroom and field engagements. - Contribute to outsourcing and partnerships to expand market reach. Requirements - 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in home décor/interiors. - Deep knowledge of the UAE market and customer base. - Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills. - Experience in brand management, B2B sales, and marketing strategy. - Proven team management and leadership abilities. - Sales-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented. - Tech-savvy with proven experience using CRMs and digital sales tools. - UAE Driving License is mandatory. - Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage). - Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
