Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to assist them in selecting apparel and accessories. Provide expert advice on style, fit, and fashion trends to help customers make purchasing decisions. Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including fabric types, sizes, and garment care instructions. Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently. Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying new stock according to visual merchandising guidelines. Monitor stock levels and inform the manager of low inventory or popular items. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Participate in promotional activities, events, and seasonal sales campaigns. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in apparel retail or a fashion store. Strong knowledge of clothing styles, fabrics, and fashion trends. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Presentable appearance with a keen sense of style. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
