1. Familiarity with the local UAE market; candidates with business district resources or offline promotion experience are preferred;
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently conducting merchant visits and signing agreements;
3. At least 1 year of experience in business development (BD), channel expansion, recruitment, or sales;
4. Candidates with experience in recruitment, real estate, internet platforms, or local lifestyle platforms are preferred;
5. Languages: Arabic, English, and Urdu are preferred.
