Responsibilities Direct and manage all commercial activities for luxury real estate projects, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and efficiency Lead negotiation processes with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable contracts and agreements Oversee project budgeting and forecasting, including tracking costs and reporting variances Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in both project management and procurement practices Collaborate with design and development teams to establish clear project goals and expectations Monitor project performance, conducting reviews and implementing corrective actions as necessary Build and maintain strong relationships with essential stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners Provide leadership and mentorship to project management and procurement teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in procurement and project management methodologies Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on project status, risks, and procurement activities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus Extensive experience (15+ years) in project management and procurement in the luxury real estate sector Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, budget management, and risk assessment Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in project management software and procurement tools Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices Strong understanding of construction practices and regulations within the luxury market.
