Job Purpose: To provide immediate support to our Key Account Client by proactively contacting customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to gather required information and documentation for shipment clearance. This role is critical in minimizing delays, ensuring customer satisfaction, and protecting key business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers in KSA to collect information required for customs clearance of inbound shipments. Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Arabic (preferred) to ensure accurate and efficient information collection. Document and update systems with customer responses, escalations, and follow-ups as needed. Collaborate with the Clearance and Operations teams to expedite shipment processing. Ensure all interactions align with DHL’s service quality standards and customer-centric values. Flag any issues or bottlenecks that may delay clearance to the line manager for swift resolution. Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (UAE time), 5 days a week, 2 days off Requirements: Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred) Skills: Strong verbal communication skills Customer-oriented with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Experience:Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or clearance support is a plus Availability:Must be available to join within 1 week Note: This is a priority role intended to support a key account. You will edit social content for Huda Beauty social channels, including our YouTube docuseries, as well as short content for Instagram and TikTok, such as GRWMs, Event/Travel Recaps, interviews, Product videos, and other ad-hoc social or paid content requests. You will also be responsible for editing videos for Huda Hotline, cutting down the footage to create dynamic, engaging short-form videos using strong sound design, text overlays, and pacing. You’ll also support edits for Huda’s personal page, including OOTDs, PR package videos, collaborations, and humorous or lifestyle content. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit video content, ensuring a polished and professional end product. Create well-edited, dynamic, trendy, and captivating edits for Huda’s Docuseries on YouTube and Huda’s Podcast, HudaHotline, with a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement. Must be able to cut down long projects in a way that tells the story well and creates intrigue. Must have a strong sense of sound design and use it effectively to enhance storytelling and engagement. Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm ideas, storyboard concepts, and execute projects from inception to completion. Stay updated on beauty industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in editing and motion design to innovate and improve our visual storytelling continuously. Ensure all video edits uphold brand standards, are technically sound, and meet established project timelines. Provide creative input and contribute to the overall visual strategy of the company. Understand social media platforms and their video specifications. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align on project goals and timelines. Revise and iterate on edits based on feedback to meet brand and team expectations.   Requirements: Strong portfolio with examples of documentary-style editing and social-forward short-form edits. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with other editing software is a plus). Strong understanding of different social media platforms and video content requirements (aspect ratios, formats, duration). A keen eye for detail, strong creative instincts, and the ability to tell a story through video. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction while maintaining creative input.   Preferred Skills: Experience with video production tools such as After Effects and Photoshop is a bonus. Familiarity with trends in short-form video content and social media marketing.
