Conduct thorough screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Guide candidates through offer negotiations and the onboarding process. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to identify prospective candidates in competitive industries. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and report recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to achieve hiring objectives efficiently. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or executive search. Strong background in sourcing passive candidates and filling niche or senior-level roles. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards. Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
