NearGo Platform Merchant Operations Manager Job Description Responsibilities 1.Merchant Lifecycle Management Establish and refine comprehensive processes and standards for merchant onboarding, activation, growth, maintenance, and exit. Design and implement tiered merchant operation strategies to enhance overall platform engagement, retention, and revenue contribution. Continuously optimize merchant admission criteria and service mechanisms to build a healthy and sustainable merchant ecosystem. 2.Business Data Monitoring & Strategy Development Conduct in-depth analysis of key merchant performance indicators such as transaction data, conversion rates, retention rates, and GMV to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities. Develop differentiated operational strategies and incentive plans based on industry characteristics and merchant profiles to drive continuous performance improvement. Regularly produce business analysis reports to support management decision-making. 3.Product and Operations Collaboration Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to design and implement various merchant operation campaigns, marketing programs, and membership systems. Facilitate the launch of new features, implementation of membership systems, and improvements in the usage of payment and POS systems to enhance platform functionality and user stickiness. Participate in collecting product optimization feedback and ensuring a closed feedback loop to improve merchant experience. 4.Team and Process Management Lead the merchant operations team, establishing efficient service mechanisms to ensure high merchant satisfaction and retention. Streamline and optimize internal workflows to improve team execution efficiency and operational precision. Set up a team performance management system to promote employee development and performance growth. 5.B2B Collaboration and Strategic Execution Work closely with B2B business leaders, centering around "stores" as core units, to coordinate cross-functional resources across operations, customer service, payments, and product teams, driving execution of business plans. Promote the execution of key strategic initiatives and achievement of KPIs to ensure steady growth of the platform business. Manage cross-departmental communication and issue resolution to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements 1.Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in merchant operations or management within internet platforms; candidates with O2O, SaaS, or payment platform backgrounds are preferred. 2.Professional Skills and Technical Tools Familiar with platform-based merchant operation models; skilled in using data analysis to formulate actionable operation strategies. Proficient in office software such as Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data insight and reporting capabilities. 3.Comprehensive Abilities and Execution Skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to efficiently manage and drive multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. 4.Personal Traits and Growth Potential Highly self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented; demonstrates independent thinking and continuous learning ability.
