We are looking for Real Estate Agent / Brokers for our office in Dubai. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Key Job Functions: - Arrange Property Listings regularly through personal networking. - Actively be involved in the sale/rental of residential properties. - Follow the proper documentation process for every transaction. - Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improve. - Arranging an appointment with the company's in-house Photographer to take the latest and clear pictures of the property to do a great listing advertisement. - Always stay informed about the real estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for rental as well as the sale value of a property. - Stay focused in the area of specialization and constantly think of ideas to obtain more listings. - Estimate the current market price and, suggest a selling price of properties. - Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to ensure clients are never left without any option. - Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on the merits of properties and terms of sale. - Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
