About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales/rental transactions across the Dubai property market. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals. • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai. • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information. • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferred, but freshers with strong sales skills are welcome). • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. • RERA certification (preferred or must be obtained within probation). • Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, etc.) are an advantage.
