Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Real Estate Broker to lead our secondary market operations. The successful candidate will focus on sourcing and managing property listings, listing on platforms like Bayut, and building a talented team of brokers for resale and lease transactions. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong track record in Dubai’s real estate market. Key Responsibilities Sourcing Listings: Actively identify and secure high-quality resale and lease listings in Dubai’s secondary market. Listing Management: Upload and manage property listings on Bayut and other relevant portals, ensuring accuracy and appeal. Team Building: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of a skilled team of secondary market brokers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Brokerage Duties: Handle end-to-end transactions, including client consultations, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. Market Expertise: Stay updated on Dubai’s secondary market trends to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants to drive business growth. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a real estate broker in Dubai, with a focus on the secondary market (resale and lease). RERA Certification: Valid UAE Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) license is Advantage. Track Record: Demonstrated success in sourcing listings and closing deals in Dubai’s secondary market. Platform Proficiency: Experience with Bayut and other property portals for listing management. Leadership Skills: Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team of brokers. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
