The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2 years of experience working in Dubai’s real estate market A proven track record of closing sales with major developers Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written A strong sense of teamwork and adaptability An open mindset, with readiness to embrace continuous learning and innovation We Offer Successful candidates will receive 30% of the commission from closed sales paid upfront by our company, without waiting for the standard payment cycle.
