In this role, you will oversee the strategy, acquisition, and performance optimization of off plan projects, ensuring our portfolio aligns with market opportunities and company goals. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage the off plan property portfolio ✅ Analyze market trends and upcoming projects to identify profitable investment opportunities ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers and industry stakeholders ✅ Monitor and evaluate project performance, recommending adjustments where necessary Requirements: ✔ Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, Property Consultant, or similar role focusing on off plan real estate (min. 6 months) ✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and developer landscape ✔ Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills ✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills ✅ Monitor and evaluate project performance, recommending adjustments where necessary
