ANPA REAL ESTATE is a fast-growing international brokerage based in Business Bay, Dubai. We specialise in off-plan real estate from top UAE developers, providing warm inbound leads, strong marketing, and full support for our sales team. Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale our sales department. This role requires fluent Russian (native or near-native) and fluent English (excellent verbal & written) to manage a mixed client portfolio and international team communications. Key Responsibilities • Build and lead the sales department from scratch: hiring, onboarding, training, KPIs, scripts, and processes. • Manage daily operations: team meetings, call reviews, pipeline tracking, lead allocation, and CRM discipline (Kommo/Amo/Bitrix). • Ensure high conversion rates across the funnel: Lead → Meeting → Site Tour → Booking → SPA → Oqood registration. • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and reporting. • Maintain relationships with developers, prepare for launches, secure allocations, and manage payment plans. • Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD procedures and client documentation standards. Requirements • Proven experience as Head of Sales / Sales Manager in UAE off-plan real estate. • Fluent Russian — native or near-native level for negotiations and closings with Russian-speaking clients. • Fluent English — excellent verbal & written communication skills for developer relations and English-speaking clients. • Strong sales leadership skills and track record of achieving team targets. • Based in Dubai, available for full-time office work in Business Bay. KPIs • Lead response SLA ≤ 10 minutes. • Lead→Meeting conversion: 20–30%. • Meeting→Booking conversion: 15–25%. • Minimum 10 meetings per broker per week. • 100% of leads in CRM with next action assigned.
