As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and supporting their needs by offering solutions to their business needs. This role will develop and maintain positive relationships throughout the real estate industry. In this role, you will: Responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key clients and developing strategic account plans. Act as a main point of contact for clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to provide solutions through the company's products and services.  Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefit to each Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects Draft and deliver proposals Report on sales activity (Daily Visit Report) Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up) Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods Work with the Marketing department to plan and execute generation campaigns Provide and execute feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales and improve company branding and reputation Provide feedback to Company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings. Take initiative to improve the processes based on feedback Mentor junior sales account managers  Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity Requirements A minimum of secondary education. Bachelor’s degree is preferred  Valid UAE licence required Requires 5+ years of sales experience, 3 years will preferably in a related field Strong knowledge of sales processes, and competence displayed in sales scenarios without guidance.  Solid understanding of the business, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; may help develop colleagues' understanding Ability to handle client objections confidently and identify real objections  Ability to deliver excellent customer experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills  Flexibility to learn new products over time Entrepreneurial spirit and drive  Goal-oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas Benefits A fast paced, high performing team. Client Relations and Sales Roles

- Develop growth strategies focused on both financial and customer gain and satisfaction. - Conduct frequent market research to identify new opportunities and Customer expectations. - Arrange business meetings with prospective or existing Clients and Partners. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners. - Liaise with the General Manager on a weekly basis discussing strategies, Client feedback and opportunities. - Organize and maintain CRM and customer data files. - Maintain Minutes of Meetings with each customer or prospective customer meeting. - Identify and attend relevant business events and promote the Company’s products and services during such meetings and events. - Prepare sales contracts and/or quotations according to aviation rules and guidelines. - Keep track and record of sales. - Provide after-sales support. - Coordinate with the General Manager on the Customer relations ensuring the optimization of the service level. - Create and provide Management with Future growth strategies and updates monthly.
