Apt Resources is hiring a Senior Sales Manager – Leisure for our client, a luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is perfect for a driven hospitality sales professional with strong ties to the leisure travel industry and a solid understanding of the international and GCC tourism markets. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate relationships with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, and bed banks Develop and execute leisure segment sales strategies and action plans Manage contracts, oversee familiarization trips, and represent the hotel at trade shows Analyze market trends and deliver competitive insights and reporting Requirements Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel, focusing on leisure Strong network within key source markets such as Europe, Russia/CIS, and China Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing Proficient in Opera PMS and familiar with hotel distribution channels Fluent in English (Russian is a plus); strong negotiation and presentation skills Benefits Basic Monthly Salary: AED 10,000, transportation and telephone allowances, fully furnished studio. - Develop growth strategies focused on both financial and customer gain and satisfaction. - Conduct frequent market research to identify new opportunities and Customer expectations. - Arrange business meetings with prospective or existing Clients and Partners. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners. - Liaise with the General Manager on a weekly basis discussing strategies, Client feedback and opportunities. - Organize and maintain CRM and customer data files. - Maintain Minutes of Meetings with each customer or prospective customer meeting. - Identify and attend relevant business events and promote the Company’s products and services during such meetings and events. - Prepare sales contracts and/or quotations according to aviation rules and guidelines. - Keep track and record of sales. - Provide after-sales support. - Coordinate with the General Manager on the Customer relations ensuring the optimization of the service level. - Create and provide Management with Future growth strategies and updates monthly.
