The Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties. The role involves networking with potential clients, conducting property viewings and inspections, preparing market analysis, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options. Requirements ● Excellent consulting and communication skills ● Proven track record of sales achievements, negotiation skills, and customer satisfaction ● Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices ● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms ● Certification in Real Estate and/or Property Management is a plus ● Fluency in English is essential. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development Specialist at Raymond Education. The role involves task related to map new schools and nurseries across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality results in line with client expectations and to increase revenue generation. You will be working closely with the Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Conduct market research and communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in person daily. • Cold call, set up meetings and prepare follow-up plans in advance. • Must visit at least 4 to 5 school/nurseries in a day. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while guiding our strategic recommendations and delivering impactful products. • Communicate with the Team Leader daily to align outcomes and goals. • Generate leads for new clients and follow up with current clients. • Achieve measurable results for a monthly sales goal. • Innovatively address client inquiries and prepare for potential questions. • Maintain constant communication with the team leader to enhance marketing strategies and innovation. • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers. Qualifications and Competencies: • Must hold a valid UAE driver's license. • 5-7 years of experience in Educational Sales or related field. • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills. • Excellent rapport building skills. • Great sense of humor and charisma. • Proficiency in English, Fluency in Arabic is a major plus. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
