Description

Manage phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments with clients and suppliers. Organize and maintain filing systems (paper and digital) for sketches, samples, and supplier contracts. Follow up on fabric and accessory orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate meetings, fashion shows, photo shoots, and design team schedules. Prepare simple presentations and reports to support the design team and management. Welcome visitors and clients, providing a professional image of the brand. Handle daily office tasks (printing, scanning, preparing documents). Assist in organizing brand events and exhibitions. Provide basic support in social media accounts (uploading content, answering simple inquiries) in coordination with the marketing team.
