BlackStone eIT is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Paralegal Specialist to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of legal documents, conduct research, and support our legal professionals in various administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our legal processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings. Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support ongoing cases and projects. Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and other legal documents. Assist in the management of case calendars and deadlines. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties as necessary. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and procedures. Support the legal team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding client and business matters.
