We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, assisting staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is neat and organized. Support management and staff with administrative tasks and documentation. Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and update records. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other staff members as required. Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Professional attitude with attention to detail.
