We are seeking for an energetic, friendly and professional Female Telemarketer cum receptionist to join our team at a busy beachside water sports company next to Burj Al Arab. The candidate must be able to work onsite direct to the beach. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and always ensure a high level of customer service. -Provide information about available water sports activities -Assist in booking and scheduling sessions or equipment rentals. -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and guest waiting areas. -Promote safety guidelines and policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. -Coordinate with the water sports team to manage guest flow and waiting times. -Handle enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins in a professional manner. -Upsell packages or merchandise when appropriate. -Help with minor administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: -Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. -Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages a plus. -Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred. -Comfortable working outdoors in a beach environment. -Basic computer and POS system skills. -Physically fit and presentable; may require standing for long periods. -Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. -Passion for water activities or outdoor sports is a plus.
