We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational activities. The role involves handling clerical tasks, data entry, record management, and assisting different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases. Manage filing systems, records, and documentation. Prepare reports, letters, and other correspondence as required. Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork. Provide support to HR, Finance, and other departments with back-end tasks. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed. Handle emails, calls, and internal communication efficiently. Ensure confidentiality of company and client information. Requirements: Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
