Greet visitors and direct them appropriately. - Answer and forward phone calls politely and efficiently. - Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages. - Keep the reception area clean and presentable. - Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms. - Assist with basic paperwork, emails, and reports. - Order and maintain office supplies. - Help organize company events or meetings. - Act as a link between staff, management, and clients. - Assist managers with scheduling and reminders. - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Ensure office equipment (printers, phones) is working. - Supervise other front office staff (if needed). - Follow and improve office policies and procedures.
