Please note: Maintaining confidentiality in this role is extremely important and will be expected at all times. ⸻ Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, managing my calendar, and ensuring I’m prepared for all engagements. • Communication Management: Screening phone calls, managing email correspondence, and drafting communications on my behalf. • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing detailed travel itineraries. • Meeting Coordination: Organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials. • Administrative Support: Managing files, maintaining databases, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various office tasks. • Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and execution of events including sourcing venues, arranging catering, and handling logistics. • Financial Tasks: Managing expense records, processing invoices, and assisting with other finance-related duties. • Research and Information Management: Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing briefing materials as needed. • Discretion and Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with complete discretion. • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Proactively resolving issues and making informed decisions on my behalf when required.

The role holder will be the first point of contact for our new business and will manage the front desk for new clients and provide a professional and warm environment for our valued visitors.
