About Us: We are a high-end interior fit-out company specializing in bespoke luxury projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and courteously. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier deliveries. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required. Provide general support to the office team as needed. Requirements: Female candidate, preferably with a professional appearance and confident communication skills. Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role (minimum 2 years preferred). Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. General Support: Provide general support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the designer's office and personal life. Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding client and business matters.
