Roles and Responsibilities 1. Client and Guest Reception o Welcome clients and guests daily, following established reception protocols. o Display professionalism, etiquette, and respect in all interactions. o Provide special attention to customers who are not eligible to attend events, ensuring respectful communication. 2. Customer Data Management o Accurately complete customer questionnaires and promptly submit them to the Sales Manager/Supervisor. o Enter customer data into the system daily and ensure proper distribution of gifts. o Generating the daily reports to the concerned departments. 3. Reception Area Maintenance o Keep the reception area organized and compliant with company standards and procedures. 4. Confidentiality and Neutrality o Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information. o Avoid discussing questionnaire content with Sales and Marketing representatives. o Maintain neutrality and professionalism in relationships with all employees, particularly within Marketing and Sales. 5. Compliance with Policies o Follow the company's customer evaluation policy as agreed upon by the Marketing and Sales departments. o Refrain from interfering or expressing opinions on tours or tasks impacting departmental interests. 6. Tour Handling o Manage tour assignments according to the approved distribution plan, including exceptions or changes endorsed by Sales and Marketing and authorized by management. 7. Managerial Directives o Adhere to instructions from the Direct Manager or Department Director, whether provided verbally or in writing.
