Event Setup Decoration Specialist

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Event Setup & Decoration Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, setting up, and styling events from start to finish. This role requires someone with a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and experience working in the event decoration industry. Responsibilities: Set up and decorate event venues for gender reveals, baby showers, birthdays, and proposals. Coordinate with clients to understand their theme, style, and requirements. Arrange balloons, flowers, backdrops, table décor, and props. Manage event setup timelines to ensure everything is ready before guests arrive. Maintain and handle décor inventory (balloons, stands, lights, fabrics, etc.). Ensure quality standards and a polished, Instagram-worthy presentation. Assist in dismantling and packing down after events. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in event setup or decoration. Creativity and artistic sense for theme styling. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Good physical stamina for lifting and arranging event materials. Attention to detail and strong time management.
